Ms. Magda has loved to spend time with little children since she was one of them. She believes that the most important element in her pedagogical approach is empathy. She feels personally capable of exhibiting this quality because she has never forgotten how it felt to experience the world as a child. She says, “I want to educate children so they can keep a piece of child in them for the rest of their lives. If we are able to do this, Magda believes that children, as adults, will be able to approach all that waits for them with natural curiosity, as well as the desire to discover and obtain joy from seemingly trivial moments. "
